Mindful Eating is powerful! It is not a diet and you do not need to eat or eliminate certain foods. The benefits can be immense!
Do you grab food when you’re not hungry? Stress eat and then beat yourself up? Tired of yo-yo dieting and want to change your relationship with food forever? If so, this program is for you!
In this six-week workshop we will unpack:
- the many reasons why we eat when we’re not hungry
- simple and practical strategies to overcome eating triggers
- tools to tune into your hunger and satisfaction cues
- how to eat your favorite foods without overeating or guilt
- so much more!
There are daily obstacles to navigate and stress to manage but, with mindful eating, you can positively affect your food choices, energy levels, digestion, cognition, overall health and, believe it or not, your happiness.
The first session starts on Thursday, June 2nd at 5:00 pm PST. The remaining five sessions are every week with the last one on July 7th.
